The 2019 NFL season is nearly upon us, and to celebrate I’m doing something new to introduce the new season of team media guides. Today’s edition covers the four squads of the NFC North — the Chicago Bears<\/a>, Detroit Lions<\/a>, Green Bay Packers<\/a>, and Minnesota Vikings<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Chicago Bears<\/h2>\n

\"NFL<\/a><\/p>\n

I guess the Bears are going for some sort of futuristic look to celebrate the NFL’s 100th season. I would’ve preferred something a little more historical, given how integral Chicago has been to the history of the league. Grade: C+<\/strong><\/p>\n

Detroit Lions<\/h2>\n

\"NFL<\/a><\/p>\n

It’s a big logo and it’s got the Lions colors. That’s about it. Grade: C<\/strong><\/p>\n

Green Bay Packers<\/h2>\n

The Pack has had better efforts in recent years, but worse ones as well. Grade: B-<\/strong><\/p>\n

Minnesota Vikings<\/h2>\n

If you paid as much money for your new stadium as was spent on U.S. Bank Stadium, I guess you’d want to take as many pictures of it as you could. Unfortunately a building doesn’t usually make for a nice cover. Grade: C-<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
